See Iceland in your own CAMPER

A self-drive holiday in Iceland is a good and popular way to see a bit of everything and get close to the impressive Icelandic nature. There is so much to be experienced such as glaciers, spurting geysers, waterfalls and lava 'deserts'. And by bringing your own camper along you have the freedom to decide how long you want to drive every day.

We recommend booking well in advance

Space on deck is limited. Often it is sold out in the summer sailing, so it requires that one is quick when it comes to reserving space for large vehicles.

When to travel?

Camping grounds in Iceland are normally open from the beginning of June until the end of August or middle of September depending on location. If you also would like to experience the Faroe Islands with camper, we strongly recommend that you go in the summer because all campsites in the Faroe Islands are closed outside high season!

All gas/flammable liquid injection shall be closed and disconnected before driving on board. For those who have a fridge in the vehicle, it is not possible to get power supply. It is only allowed to take canned food in to Iceland.
