The staff in the reception on deck 5 is always ready to assist you and give you a good service. If the keycard with the magnetic stripe to the cabin does not work, which it has to, the reception staff is always ready to find a quick solution. Or if you have forgotten to bring seasickness tablets with you, the staff can help you with this as well. You can also buy magazines, candy and important products in the reception.
The reception - or the information desk - is open all day every day of the week. However, in the low season other opening hours are valid.
